Disclosure Abroad
Germany, Ireland and the other states of the European Economic Area provide adequate data protection under Annex 1 of the Swiss Data Protection Ordinance (Art. 16 para. 1 FADP). The same applies to the USA where the receiving organisation is certified under the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Where it is not, we base the disclosure on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission as recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (Art. 16 para. 2 lit. d FADP).
Retention and Erasure
For as long as your account exists, we process your data in order to provide the services.
If you delete your account, we block access and mark your data as deleted. It no longer appears in the application. The records initially remain in the database and in the backups. We carry out the final erasure upon your request to info@pfotenbilanz.ch, within thirty days of receipt.
This does not cover data we are required by law to retain. That applies in particular to the accounting records relating to your payments, which we retain for ten years (Art. 958f Swiss Code of Obligations).

Changes
We may amend this privacy policy at any time without prior notice. The current version published on our website shall apply.
